Kane Creek Canyon Trail

The Kane Creek Canyon Trail is located just south of the "Hole in the Rock" store Highway 191. This trail is popular among 4x4 drivers, but is also great for biking. It is recommended to ride from south to north, as it is all downhill, but it would be a more challenging ride from north to south. The road quickly descends into Kane Creek and you may have to ride in the creek itself for a while. There is a junction where you can either stay high above the creek or cross the canyon on a short bridge. Staying high will take you to Hamburger Hill, a rough and rocky downhill. After this, you will cross the creek multiple times and come across sandy areas. After nine miles, the creek crossings end and you can take an exit to the right that leads to a descent to the junction with Kane Creek Road, near Ledge E campground. The entire trail is on doubletrack road, no singletrack.
