Gooseberry Trail

The Gooseberry Trail #445 is 3.3 miles long.  This trail connects Forest Road #094 (East Gooseberry) and Forest Road #106 (South Cottonwood).  This trail is very steep and rocky.  It can be slippery following rain/snow events.  This trail can be combined with Elk Ridge Road (#088), Forest Trail #010 (Chimney Park/Horse Flat) and South Cottonwood Road (#106) to create a loop.  This trail and #010 (Chimney Park/Horse Flat) include steep sections which may be problematic for novice horseback and motorized vehicle riders.  Please use caution, know your limits and respect them.
